Wishbone – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Karaage is a Japanese frying technique that creates incredibly crispy coating while keeping the chicken juicy inside. We marinate in authentic Japanese seasonings, coat in potato starch (not heavy breading), and double-fry to order.
Yes! Our vegan karaage uses plant-based chicken with the same crispy double-fried technique. Same crunch, same seasoning, same Kewpie mayo (vegan version). Available in sandwiches, boxes, or by the piece. Vegan doesn’t mean boring here.
Absolutely. Order directly through our website for pickup, or find us on Uber Eats, Bolt Food, and Glovo for delivery. Dine-in? Walk-ins welcome Tuesday-Saturday, 12 PM-midnight. No reservations needed.
The Golden Karaage Burger – our signature sandwich. Crispy karaage, Kewpie mayo, fresh slaw, toasted bun. Customers come back for this one.
We use our own “Japanese Kewpie” style mayo, all made in-house. Richer. Creamier. The only mayo worthy of crispy karaage. This is the difference between good and perfect.
